About the role
The role involves conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. This includes analyzing data, interviewing parties involved, and preparing detailed reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Analyze data and interview parties involved in incidents or issues.
- Prepare detailed investigative reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminal justice, law, or related).
- At least 3 years of experience in investigative roles or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
