About the role

The role involves conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. This includes analyzing data, interviewing parties involved, and preparing detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Analyze data and interview parties involved in incidents or issues.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminal justice, law, or related).
• At least 3 years of experience in investigative roles or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
