About the role
As an Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations into potential violations of company policies and legal standards.
- Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing investigation results and recommendations.
- Work closely with other departments to implement corrective actions and prevent future incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in investigative roles or similar positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
