About the role

The role involves conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investigations into potential violations of company policies and laws.
• Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results and recommendations.
• Work closely with legal and HR teams to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, law, business).
• At least 3 years of experience in investigative roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
