Inventory Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
The Inventory Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials. This role requires accurate inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Organize and store products in designated locations
- Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Required Skills

- Have mathematical and analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions from gathered information.
- Derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.

- Have previous certified forklift experience.
Required Experience
- 2 years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at least 45 hr/wk, with opportunity to work additional hours per week.
- Contractor must be able to work a minimum of 45–50 hours per week.
