Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting activities
- Ensure accurate receipt, labeling, put-away, and system transactions for inbound materials
- Cookline line-side replenishment and finished goods staging using forklifts and other approved equipment
- Lead inventory team members, material handlers, , and forklift operators on assigned shifts
- Ensure associates are trained and certified before operating forklifts or powered industrial equipment
- Enforce safe operation, pre-shift inspections, and proper use of material handling equipment
- Perform scheduled cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Crosstrain team members on basic inventory, receiving, shipping, and equipment operation tasks
- Support physical inventory and audit activities
- Comply with all policies and procedures
Education And Experience Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED required
- An associates or technical degree preferred
- Supervisory and/or leadership training a plus
- 1-3 years of material handling, warehouse, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate and maintain a forklift and box truck certification required
- Self-directed and motivated; able to operate independently with limited supervision and exercise proper judgment; able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
