Inventory Supervisor

Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting activities
• Ensure accurate receipt, labeling, put-away, and system transactions for inbound materials
• Cookline line-side replenishment and finished goods staging using forklifts and other approved equipment
• Lead inventory team members, material handlers, , and forklift operators on assigned shifts
• Ensure associates are trained and certified before operating forklifts or powered industrial equipment
• Enforce safe operation, pre-shift inspections, and proper use of material handling equipment
• Perform scheduled cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Crosstrain team members on basic inventory, receiving, shipping, and equipment operation tasks
• Support physical inventory and audit activities
• Comply with all policies and procedures

Education And Experience Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED required
• An associates or technical degree preferred
• Supervisory and/or leadership training a plus
• 1-3 years of material handling, warehouse, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate and maintain a forklift and box truck certification required
• Self-directed and motivated; able to operate independently with limited supervision and exercise proper judgment; able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
