About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising, labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities daily. This includes labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower management.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities, plan, and assure continuous improvement.
  • Effectively keeps senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues that affect the operations.
  • Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
  • Complies with terms outlined in the site's operating agreement with the client.
  • Implements and reports ongoing cost savings measures.
  • Provides ideas and suggestions for more efficient operations.
  • Maintains high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supports adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Experience in inventory management and logistics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in logistics and transportation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The expected base pay for this position is $67,500 annually. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location, and other objective business considerations.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position.
