Inventory Specialist - WHL

Responsibilities

• Plans the annual cycle count program to ensure all items are counted according to the latest revision of the cycle count procedure.
• Performs monthly portions of cycle counts in accordance with the cycle count plan.
• Serves as the go-to person for inventory problem resolution.
• Manages the High Velocity area of the warehouse, including:
  • Running and analyzing QAD reports to determine entry and exit lists for the High Velocity area.
  • Using QAD to set up new High Velocity items and remove obsolete ones.
  • Managing High Velocity Overstock locations.
• Manages the Replenishment of the High Velocity area by running sectional replenishment reports in QAD and replenishing relevant locations to minimize stock-outs.
• Uses QAD and RF guns.
• Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts, stock pickers, and other types of equipment as required.
• Serves as a backup for other areas of the warehouse operations: Shipping, Receiving, Pick SO, Pick FAS.
• Performs other tasks/functions as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Communicates clearly with others.

• QAD (or other ERP) and MS Office experience a plus.

Pay

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for the position. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. Tsubaki may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
