Inventory Specialist Manor, TX

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory data in ERP system.
• Works within ERP system to schedule firm work orders.
• Responsible for the accuracy of material storage locations physically and systematically.
• Affix proper labeling of material.
• Maintain organization and stocking levels for all materials.
• Receive incoming shipments and perform incoming inspection per company procedures.
• Perform movements of material within ERP systems such as: RTV/RMA transactions, Perform MI/MR transactions per company procedures.
• Communicate with internal/external departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with pick/pull of materials, load/unload trucks as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member

• Address and report all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use.
• Follow all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it.
• Speak up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts.
• Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures.

Desired Education/Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Education, years of experience, knowledge, certifications, etc. necessary for the role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual English-Spanish speaker.
• Strong organization skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
• ERP experience using receiving/inventory functions.
• Ability to speak, read, write English.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Basic math skills and understanding of receiving/inventory concepts.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
