Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory across warehouse and service vehicles.
- Monitor usage trends, place orders, and perform cycle counts and audits.
- Manage system data, including item setup, pricing, and synchronization between systems.
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices; generate usage reports.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
- Establish warehouse procedures, ensure organization and safety, and optimize workflow.
- Cookordination with field teams for truck stock accuracy and emergency requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in plumbing/HVAC.
- Experience with Service Titan and/or Sage preferred.
- Understanding of job costing, inventory accounting, and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a warehouse setting.
