Inventory Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory across warehouse and service vehicles.
  • Monitor usage trends, place orders, and perform cycle counts and audits.
  • Manage system data, including item setup, pricing, and synchronization between systems.
  • Process purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices; generate usage reports.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
  • Establish warehouse procedures, ensure organization and safety, and optimize workflow.
  • Cookordination with field teams for truck stock accuracy and emergency requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in plumbing/HVAC.
  • Experience with Service Titan and/or Sage preferred.
  • Understanding of job costing, inventory accounting, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a warehouse setting.
