About the role
Responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with stock replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and update records accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries regarding inventory and product availability
- Perform periodic audits and report findings to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail or warehouse experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management systems preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles beneficial
- Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic computer literacy including data entry and use of inventory software
