Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist will manage the inventory of vehicles at Copart facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Document vehicle conditions using company tools and provide supporting photographs.
• Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate timely processing of vehicle inventory.
• Facilitate the Copart experience by addressing customer needs.
• Maintain the receiving area, operate cameras, and use handheld inventory devices.
• Complete TLEs on required vehicles and maintain inventory of materials.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• General automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.29 per hour.
