Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer the part number system in the ERP system to ensure consistency and accuracy of the metadata.
- Review all part numbers created by the branch and support creation process in special situations.
- Develop and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are available.
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Oversee the cycle count/physical inventory process.
- Provide backup support to the branch for PO creation, as needed.
- Work with the IT department to upgrade Warehouse Management processes, including real time inventory levels, barcoding, RFID, etc.
- Collaborate with branch operations to improve the inventory replenishment processes to meet customer expectations.
- Implement Quality Control procedures, tracking, and reporting for all inventory issues – material quality, on-time shipments, shipment accuracy, freight damage, etc.
- Supports Commitment process for sales related to expected demand by SKU by customer.
- PO/Warehousing Agreement policy for special/custom inventory items.
- Supports inventory samples at branches, ensuring accuracy and availability based on Sales & Marketing efforts.
- Oversees Inventory Transfer process, supporting branches.
- Oversees Inventory Adjustment process, supporting branches.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Three years of related experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and related IT applications.

- Ability to problem solve using a structured approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and TEAMS/Sharepoint.
