Inventory Specialist (2nd Shift)

About the role

You'll keep our supply chain moving by managing inventory with precision and care. You'll track parts from arrival to shipment, catch discrepancies before they become problems, and make sure our teams have what they need when they need it. If you're organized, careful with detail, and take pride in accuracy, this is where you can make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
• Identify discrepancies, misplaced items, and inventory concerns
• Process inbound material inspections and verify received goods
• Fulfill order picking requests from customer service and sales teams
• Process inventory reports, audit reports, and investigate over/short/trash requests
• Help improve inventory management processes and procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Ability to work self-directed and follow procedures consistently
• Familiarity with ERP systems and general inventory management practices
• Follow safety policies and procedures closely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00/hr, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)
