• Checks Production Work Schedule for job assignment and work reporting time.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

• Reporting, completing root cause analyzes, and correct actions
• Submitting samples, updating/analyzing trends regarding customer complaints/concerns
• Performing the necessary tasks and completing records for allergen monitoring/validation
• Monthly safety inspections/audits
• Gathering necessary information for accident investigations to include but not limited to pictures, measurements, evidence, etc.
• Unloading delivery trucks
• Keeping bags and ingredients rotated (FIFO) and inspecting
• Offloading tankers
• Completing inventory on packaging and ingredients
• Completing daily/weekly administrative paperwork
• Ensuring that work area is clean and organized
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures

• A high school diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of equivalent military training, other related technical training, or successful completion of at least 45 college credit hours may be substituted for technical training.
