Inventory Quality Control Supervisor- Hawaii
About the role
The Inventory, Quality, and Control Supervisor oversees inventory management and quality assurance within a distribution center. This position reports to the IQC Regional Director and collaborates across the distribution center to improve operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
- Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
- Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
- Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
- Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
- Collaborates with areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
- Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
- Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience supervising Inventory Control functions within a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork.
- Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence.
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
Skills
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 - $102,081.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
