Inventory Planning Analyst
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. Also remove duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat job title as heading.
We need to include sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (core functions), Qualifications (education and experience), Skills (skills, abilities, knowledge), Benefits (perks). Possibly also include "Competencies" maybe part of Skills? The posting includes Competencies list after Skills. Could treat as part of Skills or separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list Competencies as a heading. So we should incorporate competencies into Skills section perhaps as list items.
We must not create sections with filler text. So we will output:

We must not include Pay or Schedule sections.
Check for any duplicated lines: none.
Make sure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Physical Requirements", "Supervisor Responsibilities", etc. Those are not requested headings; we should omit them. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive list, but we should only include those headings if there is real content. The posting includes "Physical Requirements", "Supervisor Responsibilities", "Physical Activities", "Visual Acuity", "Working Conditions". Those are not in the list of headings we should use; we should omit them because they are not requested headings. The instruction says to use those headings for section headings; but we can also omit sections if not requested? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings. So we should not create headings for Physical Requirements etc. So we omit them.
We also need to preserve all substantive information; we omitted those details (Physical Requirements etc). That would be losing substantive info. However the instruction says to use those headings for section headings; but does not forbid other headings? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests examples, not exclusive. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings. However the earlier instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they want us to use those headings for the sections we include. If we include other headings like Physical Requirements, that would deviate from the examples but maybe still okay. But safer to follow the examples and only use those headings. However we would lose substantive info about physical requirements etc. The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep that info. If we cannot use a heading for it, we could embed it within another section (like Responsibilities or About the role) as a paragraph. But that might be awkward. However the instruction says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot have other headings; it's just an example. I think we can include other headings if needed, but they gave examples. The safer approach: include those details under a section like "Working Conditions" maybe as a but not in the list? Might be considered deviating. However the instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. indicates those are examples; we can still use other headings if needed. But to be safe, we could incorporate those details into the "About the role" or "Responsibilities" as a paragraph. However that would mix unrelated info. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can add a paragraph under About the role describing working conditions etc. That would preserve it.
Let's see the details:
Physical Requirements: This position is subject to Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
Physical Activities: This position is subject to the following physical activities: talking and hearing.
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
Working Conditions: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
We could combine these into a paragraph under About the role after the summary. Or we could create a separate section "Working Conditions" but not in the list; risk.
Given the instruction to preserve all substantive info, I'll add a paragraph after the About the role summary that includes these details. That way we keep all info.
Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the position summary, second the physical/working conditions details.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
Now check for any other info: "Supervisor Responsibilities Individual Contributor" - that's a line indicating the role is individual contributor, not supervisory. Could be included as a sentence in About the role or Responsibilities. We'll add a sentence: "This is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities."
Also "Travel Occasional travel may be required." Already included in Skills list as a bullet
