Responsibilities

• Create and manage style/color-level buy plans across multiple manufacturing plants
• Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process
• Drive supply chain performance by analyzing production delays, negotiating solutions, and communicating impacts to key stakeholders
• Collaborate across global teams to address capacity and constraint issues
• Communicate changes, risks, and recommendations to support informed business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, business planning, supply chain, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with SAP, IBP, and/or Power BI is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

Pay

Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The actual pay will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
