Inventory Parts Inspector/Stockroom support

About the role

Sherwood Aviation, a recognized leader in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, is seeking an Inventory Parts Inspector / Stockroom Support to join our team. This role involves receiving, inspecting, identifying, documenting, storing, and controlling aircraft parts, materials, components, and supplies within an aviation repair station environment. The position ensures compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and the repair station’s Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and identify aircraft parts, materials, components, and supplies.
• Document and maintain records to ensure parts are traceable and properly controlled.
• Store parts and materials in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Support stockroom operations while maintaining strict control of aircraft parts to prevent the use or release of unapproved, unserviceable, damaged, expired, or improperly documented items.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and the repair station’s Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM).
