Inventory Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing inventory records and ensuring optimal inventory levels within a high-revenue distribution center, supporting healthcare supply chain services. Key Responsibilities Maintain physical inventory integrity by location and monitor inventory adjustments' financial and operational impacts.Establish and oversee cycle count programs, research inventory variances, and execute transfers based on data analysis.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements, including DEA guidelines.Classify, store, and query inventory transactions; support proper inventory management and order fulfillment.Lead and develop Inventory Control Clerks, fostering positive team dynamics and performance management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of four years’ related experience, including two years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of warehouse practices, product flow, and inventory systems like PkMS.Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.Decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
