Inventory Management & Control Analyst – North America
About the role
The Inventory Management & Control Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for advanced analytics, problem solving, and execution support for inventory governance, control execution, and inventory accuracy across the North American Integrated Warehousing & Distribution (IWD) network. Your Role
This role operates in a high-complexity environment with fragmented data flows and elevated audit and financial risk, requiring strong analytical judgment, disciplined documentation, and resilience to drive closure on ambiguous issues. The Analyst ensures controls are performed consistently, inventory data is accurate and auditable, and discrepancies between SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are identified, analyzed, and resolved. The role operates under the direction of the Inventory Management & Control Leader and partners closely with Warehouse Operations, 3PL partners, Finance, and Planning across US and Canada ORUs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent performance of inventory controls
- Monitor and maintain inventory data accuracy and auditability
- Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies between SAP and WMS
- Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, 3PL partners, Finance, and Planning
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent with a vocational education
- No prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree
- Skills in supply chain management (SCM), data analysis and interpretation, data architecture, process improvements, statistical methods, business acumen, business intelligence tools, database management systems (DBMS), structured query language (SQL), data warehousing (DW), regulatory requirements and training delivery
- Bachelor’s degree/ Vocational Education in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent

Pay
The pay range for this position in TN is $63,000 to $100,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.
