Inventory Management Analyst

About the role
The Inventory Management Analyst supports inventory control and cost analytics activities for Toyota Automated Logistics, contributing to accurate inventory valuation, product costing, and financial transparency. This position works closely with Supply Operations and Accounting to ensure inventory data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
Essential Functions
- Maintain inventory controls for adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories, analyze and report results.
- Provide cost and inventory insights for operational and financial decision-making.
- Deliver timely and accurate analysis to stakeholders across Supply Operations, Finance and leadership.
- Automate and maintain inventory and cost reports, metrics, KPIs (inventory turns, accuracy, excess and obsolete, variances).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support standardized processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, cost analytics, or cost accounting.
- Strong understanding of inventory control concepts and accounting principles.
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory modules.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of peers in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to the business.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
