Inventory Lead
- Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to inventory team members
- Support inventory operations including cycle counts and full physical counts
- Identify, investigate, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory
- Track and report inventory metrics and performance trends
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Create Bills of Lading as needed
- Support administrative tasks including reporting and data tracking
- Partner with leadership to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What You Will Bring
- Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred. Previous experience in a lead or team support role is a plus.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
