Inventory Integrity Analyst I-II
About the role
Perform physical inventory counts based on daily and weekly ABC cycle count schedules.
Audit system inventory records and verify accuracy against physical inventory.
Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Integrity Coordinator and Supervisor.
Participate in meetings to review findings, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Support ongoing evaluation of inventory accuracy processes and recommend improvements.
Investigate recurring inventory discrepancies to identify root causes, providing support at Level I and leading efforts at Level II.
Track, follow up on, and oversee corrective actions, with Level II ensuring resolution effectiveness and reevaluating as needed.
Contribute to and drive process improvements related to inventory accuracy, with Level II recommending and leading enhancements to inventory integrity practices.

Requirements
- Level I: High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.
- Level II: High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets, including Excel.
- Understanding of inventory systems and product structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- APICS training or certification preferred.
- Root cause analysis skills, with Level I focused on basic issue identification and Level II performing more complex and in-depth analysis.
- Data analysis capabilities, with Level I handling basic data tasks and Level II interpreting and leveraging data to support decision-making.
Skills, Experience, & Abilities
