Position Overview
The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and organizing products, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
- Perform cycle counts and assist with audits
- Restock products and prepare inventory for sales floor needs
- Monitor inventory accuracy across all systems
- Support compliance with state cannabis regulations and company SOPs
- Maintain an organized and efficient inventory workspace
- Work collaboratively with dispensary staff to ensure product availability
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable learning inventory and retail software systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory, warehouse, stockroom, logistics, or retail experience
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Cannabis industry experience
- Experience conducting inventory counts or audits
