About the Role

A detail-oriented Data Specialist is needed to support the Instrumentation team within operations. The role focuses on data entry, system updates, and record accuracy within CMMS platforms in a fast-paced, structured environment. This is an on-site position within a manufacturing/operations setting, potentially involving movement within the facility and interaction with technical teams. Standards safety protocols and PPE may be required.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain maintenance and calibration data in CMMS platforms
• Close out calibration records and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor and process work requests and work orders
• Maintain accurate asset and maintenance records
• Review data for errors and resolve discrepancies
• Support scheduling and prioritization of data updates
• Perform high-volume, precise data entry with strong data management discipline

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, BMRAM) preferred
• Background in manufacturing, pharma, or medical device environments is a plus
