Inventory Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with warehouse, inventory control, Excel, and WMS experience. Blue Yonder experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
• Identify and resolve issues
• Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Maintain accurate records and information

Requirements

• Warehouse and inventory control experience
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Microsoft Office experience, including Word and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred, especially in a call center or customer service environment

Preferred

• Blue Yonder/WMS experience
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
