About the role
The Inventory Costing Analyst Full Time On-Site is responsible for analyzing inventory costs and developing cost-saving strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory data to identify cost trends and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present cost analysis reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to inventory costing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for advanced analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems and software.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Experience with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle Inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
