Inventory coordinator, Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Inventory Coordinator position located in Arlington Heights, IL. Full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm with rotating holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory systems, including Workday and NiceLabel; ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory data through regular audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory levels, usage, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory; collaborate with procurement to establish reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment schedules.
• Influence others to follow inventory control policies and best practices; implement measures to improve accuracy (standardized labeling, storage, picking, quality assurance).
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery; monitor supplier performance metrics and address issues with procurement.
