Responsibilities
- Coordinate and verify raw material movements to and from the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy to meet daily needs during your designated shift.
- Guide, train, and lead the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Division 7 manufacturing ingredients.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the department.
- Verify ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area.
- Process inventory transactions required throughout the shift.
- Ensure departmental Allergen guidelines are followed and maintain the integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients during material handling.
- Ensure accuracy of lot numbers and system tracking for material movements.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Six months to one year of related inventory experience.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay
$17.00 to $17.43 per hour.
Schedule
10:00 PM to finish.
