Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory records and perform regular inventory reconciliations.
- Compare inventory data across systems and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate inventory variances to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
- Cook up with operational teams to research and resolve inventory differences.
- Gather and maintain documentation required to support inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
- Enter and update inventory transactions within the ERP system, including: Inventory transfers, Purchase order receipts and shipments, Product condition updates and inventory adjustments.
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies throughout the month.
- Support periodic and year-end physical inventory counts.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous inventory, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Experience within Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments.
- Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday through Thursday: In-office
- Friday: Work from Home
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
