We are seeking a professional Customer Service/Inventory Coordinator to join a growing team in Monroe, Louisiana. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys balancing customer support, administrative coordination, inventory management, and billing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriatelyCoordinate daily customer service and operational activities for the local officeReceive, process, and track incoming shipments, inventory, and equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory countsCreate and manage repair and service orders, including coordinating shipments to external repair providers when neededProcess completed repair orders and ensure equipment is returned to customers in a timely mannerGenerate invoices for sales and service transactions and upload documentation to customer portals as requiredProcess customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable and collection recordsPrepare and route weekly payment deposits and related documentationProvide scheduling and dispatch support for field technicians and installersPerform basic equipment checks and troubleshooting activities after receiving trainingCollaborate with regional operations teams while independently managing daily office responsibilitiesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, office coordination, billing, inventory management, or a related roleExperience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBackground working with invoices, purchase orders, inventory tracking, or accounts receivable is preferredHours:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMTemp-to-Perm100% OnsiteCompensation & Benefits:$14.00-$17.00 per hourFGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met
