Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Conducting regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas
- Reconciling physical and system inventory levels and verifying finished goods received from manufacturing
- Assisting with lost SKU investigations and promptly reporting discrepancies with proper documentation
- Supporting order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods as needed
- Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations
- Preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting departments with audit needs and compliance-related updates
- Providing training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity
- Identifying opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency
- Upholding company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel, ideally within distribution, fulfillment, or production/warehouse environments
- Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and enjoy working in a physically active environment
- Basic math skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes
Qualifications
- Advanced experience working with database and data-warehouse systems, including integrating, extracting, and managing data across multiple platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar inventory/ERP systems

Pay and Schedule
Litchfield IL Pay Range: $19.25 - $21.25 USD
Schedule
Monday–Thursday | 7:30am – 6:30pm
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance
- Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
- Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
- Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
Environmental Conditions
- Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
- Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
- Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
- Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
- Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
