Inventory Coordinator
About the role
Maintain accurate inventory records for electronic components and related materials. This is a permanent, fully onsite position based out of Fair Lawn, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for electronic components and related materials.
- Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjusting inventory.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Receiving, and Production teams to address inventory concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential material risks.
- Support inventory process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports using Excel and internal systems.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of inventory control experience.
- Experience working with electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits (ICs), and connectors.
- Understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and inventory transaction processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve them.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of inventory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and best practices.
- Experience supporting production operations through kitting and material distribution.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fair Lawn, NJ.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $60,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
