Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels
- Investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Performance of routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data integrity
- Maintenance of accurate inventory records within company systems
- Collaboration with warehouse and operations teams to support inventory accuracy
- Analysis of inventory trends and assistance in identifying areas for improvement
- Support for the implementation and maintenance of inventory control procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and inventory policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
- Experience working with inventory systems and basic reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cycle counting or inventory auditing processes
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Background in distribution, wholesale, or high-volume inventory environments
