Title: Inventory Controller Hiring Organization: Connexion Systems & Engineering Compensation, Benefits, And Employment Type Duration: Permanent | Full-TimePay rate: $80,000–$105,000/yearJob Location: Billerica, MAWork Model: 100% onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours Job#: bh19469 Description We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller / D365 Warehouse Operations professional to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume shipping environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Warehouse Management/WMS experience who enjoys troubleshooting operational issues, improving warehouse processes, and serving as a go-to resource for ERP and fulfillment activities. What You'll Do Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 warehouse and fulfillment processesIdentify and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issuesMonitor daily shipping activity and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked ordersReplenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to maintain operational throughputMonitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levelsSupport inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and help drive continuous improvementCollaborate with warehouse, shipping, inventory, and other cross-functional teamsHelp train, motivate, and support warehouse staffTroubleshoot operational challenges and develop practical solutionsCommunicate effectively with managers and teammates across the organization What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, preferably with D365 Warehouse Management/WMS4+ years of warehouse experience, ideally within a high-volume shipping and distribution environmentExperience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operationsStrong understanding of ERP systems and warehouse processesExperience identifying and resolving order, inventory, and fulfillment issuesExperience leading, training, and motivating warehouse employeesStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsAbility to analyze problems, gather information, establish facts, and develop sound solutionsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
