Inventory Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing inventory movement, and supporting project needs. This position requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and occasional lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including customer-owned materials stored by Harrington.
• Lead management of inventory movement between physical and virtual system warehouses to support critical, high-visibility projects.
• Regularly interface with DC team, sales teams, Buyers, and Supply Chain leaders.
• Participate in receiving and shipping transactions to support project needs.
• Implement cycle counts according to the DC Manager’s schedule.
• Process the open transfer report weekly.
• Process the open order report for the DC bi-monthly.
• Perform daily inventory report processing.
• Absorb warehouse operational functions as needed, including pick, pack, putaway, shipping, and receiving.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
