Responsibilities
- Maintain current inventory levels
- Track parts orders and investigate discrepancies or delays
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock items
- Ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for service jobs
- Process and document parts returns
- Review and process invoices for approval and payment
- Verify parts and accessories availability for resale
- Perform routine data entry and clerical tasks
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Previous parts or inventory experience preferred
- Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday as required
