Full-time position on the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday) with overtime as required.

Responsibilities
Production Support
- Coordinate product and packaging material inventory use.
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
- Problem-solve and communicate inventory issues to customers, vendors, and Production Planner.
- Coordinate product recoup operations.
- Backfill on production lines as needed.
Safety
- Follow established Dock Safety policy.
- Complete Motorized Equipment Daily Inspection sheet.
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Wear required PPE.
- Adhere to safety and security policies and SOPs.
Quality
- Collect samples when requested by customers.
- Work with Production Planner to coordinate packaging material changes.
- Resolve quality issues with customers, vendors, and Production Planner.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and customer work instructions.
- Experience or willingness to train in Food Safety.
Initiative
- Interface directly with customers; maintain professional and courteous relationships.
- Respond to customer requests within an hour; provide estimated completion times.
- Escalate customer complaints to management immediately.
Food Safety & Quality
- Follow food safety SOPs and AIB standards.
- Experience or willingness to train in Food Safety.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, data entry, document scanning, basic office skills).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to understand production schedules.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Inventory Control.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and audits for outbound shipments.
- Self-starter; ability to work independently or in a group.
- Direct interface with customers on inventory adjustments.
Pay
Up to $23.00/hour.
Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday (overtime as required).
