Inventory Control Supervisor, LFP Battery Cell Manufacturing

What You'll Do

• Oversight and management of inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Development and implementation of inventory control procedures and policies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Maintenance of inventory levels through regular audits and reconciliations
• Supervision of a team of inventory control specialists, providing guidance, training, and support
• Collaboration with other departments, such as supply chain and production, to optimize inventory management processes
• Investigation and resolution of receipt or inventory discrepancies, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including flexible shifts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across digital and in-person channels
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/MOS systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize inventory and production performance metrics
• Proven expertise in inventory control, materials management, and supply chain operations with 5+ years in manufacturing/warehouse operations and 3+ years in a leadership role
