Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and ensure daily cycle count execution, analyze results, identify trends, and ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepancies.
- Lead daily inventory control and quality control operations across inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
- Review the Perpetual Inventory Report daily and take action to address discrepancies.
- Review inventory discrepancy research, including hold tasks, empty bins, old wave planning slots, aging inventory, and high variances.
- Accurately process inventory adjustments for damaged, misallocated, or inaccurate items.
- Monitor adjustment and defect trends, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and maintain reports, logs, and audit summaries; communicate key findings to leadership.
- Lead internal inventory and quality audits, ensuring compliance with company standards for product handling, labeling, and shipments, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Supervise IC/QC associates, including training, performance management, and daily task assignments.
- Provide workflow coordination, guidance, and escalation support for issue resolution.
- Ensure continuity of operations, staffing alignment, and completion of daily IC/QC tasks.
- Analyze inventory and quality data to identify trends, reduce defects, improve accuracy, and support operational decision-making.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Inventory Control, Quality Control, or Warehouse leadership experience (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to distinguish systemic vs. physical inventory issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; forklift experience required.
