Inventory Control Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee the accuracy of all inventory, manage physical inventory movements, and coordinate with customers. They will also lead root cause analysis, train staff, and manage various aspects of the inventory department.

Responsibilities

• Audits and performs cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical inventory and High Jump
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions to management
• Ensure associates are trained and follow CPs, K-WINs, and standard work
• Manage inventory staff to meet customer expectations
• Communicate issues and concerns to management
• Prepare and process daily reports
• Manage and conduct mid-year and annual reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning
• Previous supervision, team lead, or management experience
• High volume receiving and distribution production experience
