About the role

As Inventory Control Supervisor, you will support the Inventory Control Manager by keeping inventory operations accurate, timely, and well-coordinated. This role exists to strengthen data integrity, ensure reliable reporting, and guide a team that processes and logs inventory with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, coaching, training, and motivating inventory control staff
• Overseeing daily processing and logging of inventory transactions
• Monitoring inventory data accuracy and correcting discrepancies
• Producing routine inventory reports to support decision-making
• Aligning priorities with the Inventory Control Manager and reviewing dashboards/logs to confirm transactions
• Validating counts, ensuring documentation is complete before updates are finalized
• Reviewing exceptions, spotting trends that could impact accuracy, and preparing concise summaries for end-of-day visibility
• Removing roadblocks, keeping workflows moving, and maintaining steady communication through normal volume and overtime periods

Requirements

• Excellent math skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Competitive salary: $25–$30 per hour
