We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it—never emit heading with filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro about CoreWeave (company description) – maybe not needed? It's not a section heading; we can include as prose maybe under an "About the role"? Actually "About The Role" heading present. We'll treat that as section heading. - "What You’ll Do" – that's responsibilities. - "About The Role" – maybe duplicate? Actually there is "About The Role" heading then description. - Then "In This Role, You Will" with bullet list of duties (Asset Tracking, Logistics Management, Audits, Resource Allocation, Documentation, Technology Skills, Communication, Problem Solving, Travel). Those are responsibilities. - Then "Who You Are" – qualifications/requirements: list of required experience/skills. - Then "Wondering if you’re a good fit?" – more qualities (nice-to-have). Could be part of qualifications or skills. - Then "Why CoreWeave?" – company culture description. - Then "What We Offer" – benefits list. - Then "The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000." – Pay. - Also mention discretionary bonus, equity awards, comprehensive benefits program. - Also mention benefits list: medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, HSA, tuition reimbursement, ESPP, mental wellness, family-forming support, paid parental leave, childcare support, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, catered lunch, casual work environment, work culture. - Also mention location: 100% onsite at data center. - Travel: willing to travel as needed. - Work authorization: must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship. - Also mention "Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future" - Also mention "California Applicants California Consumer Privacy Act Equal Opportunity & Accommodations" – that's EEO boilerplate, should be removed. - Also mention "Export Control Compliance" – maybe relevant? It's a requirement: must be US person or eligible. That's a requirement (work authorization). Could be included under Requirements. We need to decide sections: maybe About the role (short description), Responsibilities (list), Requirements/Qualifications (combined), Benefits, Pay. Possibly Schedule? Not mentioned except 100% onsite, travel as needed. Could be Schedule: Onsite, maybe travel. But we should only create Schedule if posting actually states schedule details. It says "This role will be 100% onsite-based at one of our data centers." That's schedule/location. Could be considered Schedule. However guidelines: only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does state location/onsite. Could treat as Schedule. But we might incorporate location into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to have a Schedule section for onsite requirement. However guidelines: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." If we add Schedule, that's another section. Could we incorporate location into About the role? The About the role section could include description of role being onsite. That might be okay. But we already have About The Role heading in the posting; we can use that as section heading. It includes description: "We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be 100% onsite-based at one of our data centers." So we can keep About the role section with that prose. Responsibilities: we have bullet list under "In This Role, You Will". Also "What You’ll Do" earlier summarises. We'll combine. Requirements/Qualifications: "Who You Are" list plus maybe "Wondering if you’re a good fit?" plus export control compliance. Skills: maybe separate? Could combine with Requirements. Benefits: "What We Offer" list. Pay: base salary range. We should not create sections for filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    • Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management.
    • Utilize inventory management software and other tools to maintain accurate records.
    • Maintain open and effective communication with various teams, including Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and take proactive measures to prevent inventory-related issues.

    • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or otherwise eligible to access export‑controlled information without requiring export authorization, or be eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization.
Optionally we could add a Skills section but we can incorporate into Requirements.

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid for by CoreWeave
    • Company-paid Life Insurance
    • Voluntary supplemental life insurance
    • Short and long-term disability insurance

    • Mental Wellness Benefits through Spring Health
    • Family-Forming support provided by Carrot

    • Flexible, full-service childcare support with Kinside
    • 401(k) with a generous employer match
    • Flexible PTO
    • Catered lunch each day in our office and data center locations
    • A casual work environment
    • A work culture focused on innovative disruption

    Pay

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

We should not include sections like Schedule (we didn't). Also we omitted "Why CoreWeave?" culture description; could be incorporated into About the role or maybe omitted as boilerplate? It's somewhat promotional but still substantive. However guidelines: Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could add a section "About CoreWeave" but not in the list of allowed headings? Allowed headings include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Why CoreWeave?" is not in list; we could omit or incorporate into About the role. Probably better to omit as it's not required heading. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples but we could use others? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those. So we should not add a "Why CoreWeave?" heading. We can incorporate its content into About the role or maybe drop as it's somewhat promotional but still substantive. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the culture description somewhere. We could add a paragraph under About the role that includes that description. That would preserve it. Thus About the role paragraph can include: "CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. Learn more at www.coreweave.com." plus the role description. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We are not. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We removed EEO etc. Also removed "Export Control Compliance" maybe we kept as requirement; that's not boilerplate; it's a specific requirement. Good. We also need to remove "Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people..." That's nice-to-have qualities; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate Skills section? But we have only Requirements; we could add those as bullet points under Requirements as well (they are qualities). However we should not create a separate section if it's thin. Could incorporate into Requirements as additional bullet points. Thus Requirements bullets will include both required and nice-to-have. Let's list: - Proven experience in inventory management or a related field - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with asset management software - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Comfortable working in a data center environment, with the ability to move and lift heavy objects
