About the role

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing the store inventory, organizing and participating in store cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciling with support and direction from the Managing Director and Operations Manager. They ensure proper documentation is completed, check in all returns, process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after-sales service, handle damages, and develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store inventory, including receiving packages, merchandise, and processing returns.
  • Ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates.
  • Process and record all after-sales service.
  • Handle damages and maintain inventory for damages.
  • Support store management in organizing, conducting, and reconciling weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
  • Order and maintain adequate stock levels in shipping/selling supplies and store/kitchen supplies.
  • Provide support to store management in analyzing business needs and replenishing inventory.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to follow policies and directives are essential. Experience with technology to utilize internal systems and external shipping software programs is required. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance is necessary.

Pay

The range for this role is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
