Inventory Control Specialist

About the role

As an Inventory Control Specialist at our Menasha Distribution Center, you will be accountable for executing all inventory processes within the DC. You will work directly with the operations team to ensure inventory processes are followed across job functions in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!

Skills

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Pay

Base rate of $21/hour and a $2/hour shift premium. Plus, our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!

Schedule

Shift(s): Monday – Friday 11:00am to 7:30pm
