About the role
This position plays a key role in keeping our inventory accurate and our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Daily cycle counts of inventory using RF Smart.
- Closely with Purchasing, Stocking and Operations Management regarding shortages, overages and daily counts.
- Closely with Purchasing, Stocking and Operations Management to schedule counts.
- Warehouse organizational projects as directed and agreed upon by management to include but not limited to:
- Identifying inventory problem areas with management
- Ensuring each area of the warehouse is organized during daily cycle counts
- Relocating high turn inventory to more accessible picking locations
- Rotating inventory with expiration dates
- Identifying unsellable inventory and coordinating the return/adjustment with Purchasing and/or Management
- Assist warehouse and shipping team members with difficult to locate items at scheduled times or periodically throughout the workday.
- Assist warehouse and shipping departments with pulling, packing, stocking and receiving.
- Operate machinery and equipment while adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as eye protection, steel-toed boots, safety hat, high visibility safety apparel, and gloves- Cut level 3 (A3).
- Maintain punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
- Participate in fostering an organizational culture that values innovation, promotes inclusion, and inspires excellence in the work environment.
- Protect and maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information including, without limitation, pricing information and sales data.
- Complete projects and assignments on time.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members.

- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or department management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma.
- A minimum of 6 months experience within the construction supply/distribution industry.
- Extensive knowledge of tool manufacturers and the products they supply.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- General knowledge of office equipment such as a photocopier, printer, and scanner.
- Must obtain an OSHA 10.
- Must be certified by the company to operate all MHE.
Skills
- Prior experience using NetSuite.
- Prior experience in Ecommerce or shipping/receiving both freight and ground.

Full-time, Monday-Friday.
