Lunds & Byerlys France Ave is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Inventory Control Specialist to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers!
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 4:00am-2:00pm, with 1 day a week 11:00am-7:00pm is required.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers and team members
- Coinciding invoices and executing daily pricing activities
- Monitoring cycle counting and correcting any discrepancies or errors that occurred throughout the data processing cycle
- Counting item units, inspecting the quality of product and randomly selecting items to be more closely inspected
- Receiving product and maintaining receiving hours and vendor access

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 2 or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
- Computer skills: (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Service oriented with high energy and a friendly demeanor, Proficiency in database maintenance, data entry, point of sale operations and 10-key, Experience in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word. Access experience is a plus, Understanding the retail grocery business is desired

- Point of Sale equipment (register & credit card terminals)
- Pallet jack
- Access to Zebra handheld for CAO, ParTech, and self-management
