Inventory Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute incoming materials for studies and business operations
  • Greeting vendors for delivery and pick of materials
  • Evaluate and record accurate quality, quantity, and type of active study materials
  • Cook with and record the allocation and efflux of completed study materials
  • Label, box, and ship study materials
  • Scan and file project paperwork
  • Organize and manage departmental electronic documentation
  • Aids in the maintenance of the organizational system of study materials within the company
  • Attends in-services and meetings as required
  • Completes all assigned training
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or as directed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor of Science preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite required
  • One year of office and/or inventory management experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis

Pay

This role pays $24-$29/hour and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
