Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains accurate inventory records through cycle counts, receiving verification, and ERP transaction management, supporting production planning and procurement activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Process inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system
  • Verify incoming material receipts against purchase orders
  • Support physical inventory and year-end counts
  • Maintain organized storage locations and location master data
  • Report inventory accuracy KPIs to Inventory Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years inventory control experience
  • ERP system proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
  • Mechanical assembly or manufacturing inventory experience
  • Excel proficiency

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Warehouse/manufacturing floor environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift or pallet jack operation.
