Position Summary
The Fiscal Services – Budget Division is seeking two Inventory Control Specialist 1 employees. In this role you will receive, tag, verify, and reconcile assets, conduct physical inventories, and assist with asset salvaging.
Responsibilities
- Receive and tag new assets.
- Verify assets through physical inventories.
- Reconcile asset data in ServiceNow, OAKS, and spreadsheets.
- Conduct scheduled warehouse and building inventories.
- Assist with salvaging assets.
Requirements
- 9 months of training or 9 months of experience in inventory control, or an equivalent qualification as noted in the Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment.
